Founded in 1994, The Alexa is the matriarch of the Sweetwater Manor family. This home is named after our founder’s first grandchild. It is a lakeside retreat, situated on more than an acre of property in the Town ‘n’ Country/Carrollwood area of Tampa. It offers a welcoming and tranquil country charm which makes this home a favorite for those seeking a slower lifestyle.
